Bald Man

I found Pregnant Lady. She was a driftwood root system that must have grown around a stone. I carved her to keep the natural form and placed the marble in the cradle created by the stone. A few weeks later I was out walking on the same beach and almost the same spot I found Bald Man. I wasn’t looking for a companion for Pregnant Lady but, I was instantly taken by the similarity of the form. So I carved him as her companion.
